Back to the time when I was still in the company with James, I recalled that he mentioned about Joomla and Mambo for creating your own content or blogging. I did tried playing it around using my localhost setup, but it wasn't what I am looking for. I did try to create html base pages and pages but it wasn't convenient enough and I had to make shifting every times I have a changes or updates, so time consumed = money wasted. Even all this testing on which platform to use for blogging indeed already wasting time. At the working time with James, he also have a website which uses the Mambo at first and then switch to Joomla, my best guess, he didn't feel the convenient on adding stuff that he want. When I see him doing coding and imaging touch-up on his website, I totally had not much idea what is he doing at that time, I did asked few times, and all I get is "Well just doing some touch up of photo and placing the logo on the right spot, words come out where they suppose to be." Wow, that's really technical to me, as I have no idea at all at that time.
Since I don't think I am going to use J or M to do the web blogging, might as well look back on most of the website that I've visited. You know what the best thing about browser like Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, on each website you visit, where you landed on the website page, you can actually see the source of the page, I mean the source code. Honestly, I don't think I will copy their codes and work it out in my website, the only reason to view the source is hopefully some of it will give some idea on what application they are using. And in fact, I did and I did really found out what some of them are using for their blogging.
I begin to venture and sourcing it which it is not that hard to search for it, in fact, its a very well known blogging tools for blogger on the net, its just me that wasn't aware of it. It could be because its already in front of me when I search for it, maybe I overlooked it. Weren't wasting my time, I went on download it and had it on my localhost. Trial run on it and Voila!! just what I am looking for, and writing, I mean typing any content using it, was easy and similar to typing in a Microsoft Word, and to save it, all I need to do is just click Publish it.
Now that I have the tools, but what about the look? How will it look like, and how will it be viewed by visitors? Have to make sure that it is user-friendly, or viewer-friendly. Do I have it in 3 columns, or 2 columns? Whats the thing I should put on the website and let the world read and comment? That's a lot of worries and thought, but in the end, I told myself, that it would be best that I be myself, what are the things I am interested each time I visited a website, a news or gadgets, or even friend's sharing some exciting information. Some times I guess, its the best that we keep it natural and being yourself, and being reader. That's my main goal. Why would I care when I am talking to myself, "that's what I think, cos it really is, imaging you are typing a letter and there is no recipient on the envelope, would that be typing to yourself?"
As time is short, and money is running out, the worst case, I am about to know that I going to be dumped again by my girlfriend , Mary, which we almost are and can't even have the chance to start. Our relationship were complicated yet touching, we have being talking with each other and caring for each other like nearly over 10 years. Mary live South side of the country while I live at the North side, we get the chance to meet and go out together maybe 3 ~ 6 months once, and all the time were on the phone. Her auntie were the one discourage her not to be with me, but we never say we will be together. Funny. Her parents didn't know much about me, cause we always sneak out in the evening and went to the park to have our own time. The most memorable part is, there is one time, I was sick and weren't able to go out, she actually took the trouble to bring me an orange juice hoping I will get well soon, to my house. Yup. That's touching. Well, the stories weren't that touching when times weren't on my side, which is no time, no money, and no money to make a call. All I miss out is, a call to ask how was she and time to went to her house see her. Yup, 10 years love stories, just like that. With a goodbye speech from her, "You didn't give me a call and you didn't come to me when I needed you." Actually, I did call but no one pickup the phone, I did really want to visit her from time to time, but travel and visit her cost money, which I don't have much. That very day, I remember, there is few friends of mine, which until now, how in the world they know that I got break-up. On that day, they purposely say, "Friend, lets go kara-oke and have some drink. Loosen up, there still good day tomorrow.". I really appreciate their kind and heart, yeah, I am a little bit down, but still in control, I know its not the end of the world. I still have things that I want to do, and this give me a lesson to tell me that, money is important and I had to find lots of them.
